Measuring impact across your school or Trust

Are the interventions, activities and CPD sessions you’re running actually having a positive impact on pupil and teacher outcomes?

We help you support young people and reduce workload by focusing on what works, and doing less of what doesn’t.

01

Our partnership process

We work with schools and Trusts on an annual partnership cycle - sign up at any point in the year.

Meet your partnership manager

Partner schools and Trusts work with a dedicated partnership manager. An initial consultation call will determine your priorities for the partnership, and we'll then arrange training to launch the process.

We'll provide training to help you use the School Impact Platform. Integrating with your MIS, and providing access to measures of social and emotional skills, the platform makes it easy for you to monitor and evaluate the impact of your interventions, activities and CPD.

Monitor and evaluate impact

Check-ins and ongoing support

We provide termly meetings to review progress and offer support in acting on your data. Each term, your findings will be collated into a summary report - easily shareable with governors and Ofsted.

FAQs

Answers to commonly asked questions. Have another? Email us at schoolpartnerships@impacted.org.uk.

What kind of schools work with ImpactEd Evaluation?

We work with schools of all phases and types: our partnership is responsive to your context. We reach over 1,000 schools nationally and serve every region of England. We work with special and alternative provision settings as well as mainstream, and serve both independent and state schools. You can see more examples in our school case studies.

How much does access to ImpactEd Evaluation cost?

Partnership with ImpactEd Evaluation includes full access to our partnership, training and consultancy support as well as access to the School Impact Platform. As a social enterprise we subsidise costs to schools to provide maximum value. Costs vary based on your school size and type, but start from £995 per annum for primary schools and £1,850 per annum for secondary schools. Strategic collaborations are available for groups and networks of schools.

What staff time would I need to dedicate?

On signing up we ask schools to nominate an ImpactEd lead to manage the partnership. Following initial training, they will meet us with once a term to review findings and discuss next steps. We’d recommend around 2-3 hours per term outside of this to support implementation and pass on recommendations. However the time you put in should be more than saved - as we’ll help you identify interventions or areas of practice that you can reduce, to focus on the most impactful initiatives.

How is our data used and shared?

You can find more information on our data protection page. All data remains owned by you as the school and you can grant or deny access to data at any time. ImpactEd Evaluation usually only has access to anonymised versions of data, so that we can help you in interpreting results without seeing confidential information about pupils.
